You'll notice that it's still pretty bare.
I haven't done a lot of decorating, and
definitely need some accent colors. I still
need to get window coverings for most of the
rooms, and we need to replace some light fixtures
as well.I'm not really in a hurry to do it, I'll just buy
things I like as I run across them. For now
I'm just ok with being settled here.

re-textured the walls &
painted this room.

We removed the chair rail in this room also,
and that area had to be mudded & sanded
before the paint could go on.

Took chair rail down, did some texturing
and painted in here. This was a really bright,
glossy red...the pictures don't do it justice.

The back deck is one of our favorite places to
spend time. Everyone keeps asking when the
party is, we really need to plan one! I love having
room to entertain now, but haven't done too
much of it yet. Looking forward to having many of
our friends and family gather here in the near future :)
