Last weekend we went to Estes Park, CO with Mike's family to help Frank celebrate his big day. We had such a fun time being together in the mountains! The rainy, cool weather didn't stop us from doing lots of activities, but we also had some nice downtime and were able to relax a bit. The sun did eventually shine, and we were very thankful for that! Most importantly, we were all together to honor Frank, a man who means so much to each of us! Karen and Stacy planned a special party for him on Saturday, and on Sunday the guys played some golf. They actually had to golf around the elk that make their home on the course. We also spent some time at Mary's Lake, the YMCA of the Rockies, Rocky Mountain National Park, Fun City, etc. We parted ways on Monday and each went and had a little mini vacation of our own. Mike, Aldyn and I went to Denver and ate at the ESPN zone and did a little shopping on Tuesday before coming home. Here are a few pics...
